Clients of Professional Benefits Services may access their accounts online to complete a variety of functions including real time claim status, enrollments and eligibility updating. Through online services we assure an auxiliary search of national preferred provider networks to gather provider discounts outside the assigned PPO network. This means that if a provider is not registered in the assigned PPO network, multiple searches are automatically conducted to locate any networks the provider participates with. This feature guarantees a positive impact on client savings. PBS will be expanding future on-line capabilities to include employee access to account and payment information.
