REPORTS & PLAN SUMMARIES

PBS offers a large assortment of reports from which our clients may select the ones that will be most helpful. In addidtion, the client may request customized reports, generally at no additional cost. This feature, alone, provides our clients with a big advantage. Most administrators willingly distribute minimal standard reports, but charge heavy fees for any customization or additional report requests. This includes generating data and providing Schedule A for a 5500 tax filing. To top it all off, beginning January, 2005, standard month-end reports will be available to our clients electronically. The client can also request that reports be received on a CD at no extra charge. CD’s are a convenient way to store reports, retrieve reports and manipulate the data while eliminating the cost and storage needed for printed paper reports.

SPD’s, or Plan Summaries are developed by Professional Benefits Services for each client based on client choice. There is no extra charge for this service, either initially or for Plan Amendments. This makes PBS unique among the competition. We use a custom software program to develop the Summary Plan Description which can be tailored specifically to client preferences.
