HISTORY

Professional Benefits Services (PBS) is a privately held company, formed in 1990, as a Third Party Administrator, specializing in the administration of self-funded benefit plans. Our business focus expanded in 1992 to include a complete outsourcing service for retiree health benefits. One of our key values is flexibility; another key value is personalized customer care from a representative dedicated to handling the day to day activity on your account.

Our staff is comprised of professionals with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, led by Bud Gottlick, the company's founder. We have a unique blend of experience in Human Resources and healthcare administration. This results in flexible plan designs, service excellence and a sensitive human perspective.

Over the past years, we have worked to expand our capabilities, establish performance reliability, continually grow our customer base, and advance our technology. We strive to provide critical training to our staff, identify trends and create innovative products to meet changing health benefit needs.
